Do not hv issue with queries/responses via WhatsApp nor email during last 3 yrs contract service. Even promptly processed & approved my request to switch back to SP coming Jun expiry and I expect a smooth transition. Tks.
The customer service lady, Diana is very helpful. Although Union Power has refrained customer calling via phone, she will follow up very promptly via email.
