Visited the under armour outlet at IMM this afternoon, 24th May around 4pm. Took some items to the cashier (Malay Guy) who was clearly very rude and unbehaving of a staff working in a well reputed sports apparel shop. Aside from being rude, the cashier was also unhelpful and did not provide any assistance with the purchase. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this store based on the poor customer service.

Visited this outlet before making an online purchase. The staff were friendly and helpful. I bought 6 t-shirts and the staff assisted me in finding the right sizes and styles. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience.
