I've tried many of uncle davids delicacies, my favourites are the spinach cake with mascarpone cream which is easily in my top 2 cakes I've ever tried and the other is the sea salted chocolate cookies that are very very morish (finished a big tin in 2 days) definitely worth trying.
Was looking for traditional Teochew mooncakes this year for a change and found Uncle David's mooncakes. He has so many flavours on top of the traditional yam mooncake! All of them taste so shiok, especially the lychee cornflower flavour <3 Love it! Thank you Uncle David!
Ordered Boston cream cake and banana walnut cake - both were very fresh. We would absolutely order again!

The spinach cake with mascarpone cream is simply divine. It's moist, flavorful, and the cream adds the perfect touch. The sea salted chocolate cookies are addictive, I can't stop eating them! Highly recommend!
