Very bad service. Pay $300 plus for gear n tyre change cz burst but they never screw the wire cover n now the seat cnt open or close cz the battery cnt put properly cz the wire cover they nvr screw
I've had my bike for just over 1 year and I've now spent another $1700 on parts and labour because of how badly built the bikes are. I emailed your company multiple times, called your phones and texted without any responses. Absolute joke. I am going to see if I can report your shoddy workmanship.

A very bad service experience. I paid $300 for a gear and tyre change because it burst, but they never screw the wire cover properly. Now the seat cannot open or close because the battery cannot be put properly due to the unscrewed wire cover.
