My glass folding door axis fell out within half year, they came and fixed it. At 1.5 years, the door has fallen down. Poor quality.
Engaged U-gate to do a grilled installation for 5 room BTO. At first, I thought that they are very professional and provided an excellent service based on the review here. Unfortunately, I was not one of the happy customers after the installation was done. The grilles were not installed properly and there were gaps between the grilles and the wall. It looked very unsightly and I had to call them back to fix it. It was a hassle and I expected better quality from a professional company. I would not recommend U-gate for grilled installation.
