Such a lovely shop with nice people -helpful, knowledgeable, customer centric team and boss. Called to enquire about repairing my > 15 year old Giant NRS MTB with XT gearset - pleasantly surprised they can fix the integrated brake set. Furthermore, reasonable fees and parts pricing. Went to Bob to fix a suspected bent rear derailleur hanger issue of my road bike as the shifting wasn’t smooth. He fixed the bent hanger and re-adjusted the rear derailleur as well as the front derailleur. The shifting is now super smooth …
