At the moment, the One Raffles Place outlet is one of three Twelve Cupcakes outlets selling their new creation- tarts! Rather pricey at $4 each but I love the tart base and how the Chocolate Salted Caramel oozes out after you take a bite. There are six flavours available like Mixed Fruits, Chocolate Earl Grey, Apple Crumble, etc.
