Came here on Mother's Day to redeem a cake from Fave. There was only 1 staff with tattoo on her arm who assisted me. I showed her the Fave and told her I wanted to redeem it, she raised her voice and said "Redeem what?!" I was so shocked and scared as she talked in a very harsh tone to me.
