Like what everyone said. RUDE auntie at counter. I asked her why are you so rude and she said I’m always like that. Terrible plus horrible. I always try to be nice to service staff as I know it’s not an easy job but this one was way overboard.
Signature Dark Chocolate Cake did not taste like signature at all! I felt like eating a block of chocolate rather than a real cake... It felt damn jelard...
Rude and impatient woman at counter. Obviously the management doesn’t give a dime about their customers experience. There are countless complaints on her attitude here in google reviews but same rude woman who have no change in her attitude is still at the counter.
