Tumi doesn’t care about their customers. They only provide good service before you make a purchase. Once you have a problem, they are unresponsive and slow to help. I sent an email to Tumi customer service and it took them days to respond. Very disappointed.

I bought a Tumi checked-in luggage in August 2021 but due to travel restrictions, I didn't get a chance to open it until yesterday. I found a defect in the luggage tag where the button was not properly installed. I called the sales staff and she was not helpful at all. She told me to bring it back to the store but it's such an inconvenience. Poor customer service. I expected better from Tumi.
