It's a great feeling when you cross the border from Singapore to Malaysia It's very easy immigration on the Singapore side but there is too much time taken by Malaysian immigration it's almost More than 1nd half hour for the immigration at kul side
Busy at peak hours. Inconsiderate truckers blocking lanes meant for cars and buses just make things worse. Traffic enforcement needs to be strengthened.
Facilities, procedures and staff are good and efficient. Just comes down to luck on the day with weather and crowd all with the same idea. 50/50 whether it's a simple drive through or queue for hours...
