Seemingly the cso changed. Doesn't reply to messages, doesn't answer enquiries and rude when I called to enquire about printer problem. But when comes to billing, keep calling me and ask when I wasn't in charge of finance. Previous staff was patient and gentle, wonder why the change. Such a big company with over 3000 resellers should really have service recovery.
