He suggested what shud be done, what i shud buy and how things may work out. Very prompt in answering following up and even shared more information after he thought it may be useful. His suggestions were spot on. I bought the necessary items and went back to his shop. He started working immediately on the bicycle and since some other things popped-up, we changed the plan on-the-go. After he finished his work he tested the results and everything was perfect.
