Although Changi City Point is well reputed in selling past season apparel & shoes at a discounted price, most of the retailers provided more than decent service. However, I was somewhat taken aback by the condescending attitude of a PRC staff at Triumph Changi City Point outlet. She gave me this look which speaks a thousand words, just because I asked her if the store had a particular design in a bigger cup size. She proceeded to mutter under her breath and gave me this condescending smile which seemed to say “I’m so sorry, but we don’t carry that size because people like you are just too curvaceous”. That really annoyed me and I decided never to return to that store again. It’s such a pity because I really liked the lingerie at Triumph. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen at any of their other outlets. If not, Triumph will lose potential customers just because of this particular staff.
