Very patient & professional staff! Front wheel was pretty damaged when I brought it to them, but they fixed it very quickly. Kept me updated about all their steps, especially when they needed to make alternative repairs. Gave frank but friendly advice about how to maintain my gear. Really appreciated their efforts!

The salesperson Dan is very good, friendly. However, the technician is not skilled and not friendly. They found it difficult to say no and asked for more money after the job was done.

The staff there wasn't good service oriented. Visited today, went in on the guy (Filipino?) staff greeted & asked what can I help, voice sounds polite but his eyes like scanning from top to bottom, as I wear casual jeans & t shirt (non-formal outfit). And I looked around no one, seems to be ignored. All along the way, walk into the shop (one round outside, looking into the glass). Usually staff were saying Hi, Hello or Any help without even go in. For extra visitors/Customers (higher demand & responsive customer oriented expectation), without asking them they'll just say Hi guys how can I help you? As even visitors/Customers from the first glance without even tell them what they want, some expectations like can I check it out, testing a bike. And for anyone (even walk in from outside, first glance) local ladies. Even past relationship (check out from 3 different Treknology 3 Branches, one of the employees that I come across). Maybe he hasn't understand about service oriented concept. Makes first time & repeating customers disappointment and he'll lose customers and his commission. Will consider other Treknology 3 branches. This is my first and last time feel like walk into Treknology 3, smashing their favourite bike with a mighty sledgehammer that'll smash a window. Then saying, "Do that for You". Hahah. (A questioning smile expression). Could the management do something? Hope it'll improve staff's way of thinking. -Alice
