Fast counter service. Can be better with more parking space. not much changr to the main waiting area (and this is good). the canteen is spacious and can be better with stronger aircon.
Hermanzi rendered fabulous services. Car services supposed to be ready at 1 pm, however to my surprise called me at 10.30 am to say it was ready. Excellent.
Customer service Ms Catherine is exceptional helpful to handle my car repair matters. I requested her to send me pre repair image of my car to ensure car external is in good condition and she did and response swiftly! Difficult to find real sincere good customer staff nowadays.
