Bought Toshiba system 4 air con barely 3 months ago recommended by Gain City sales at IMM. I was told with green gas technology it’s more environmentally friendly and energy saving. My family and I experienced very noisy air flow from the aircon units. Called Gain City service department and a technician came to check. He said it’s normal for Toshiba units to have such noises. The noise is due to the high airflow rate. We got a unit with higher BTU rate. If you want a more quiet unit, can use Gain City’s King Kong air conditioner.
