Arrived in this very obscure Ming Arcade at 11.55. They open at noon. Lights were on. Pushed open the door and I heard a very stern loud voice… “ We do not accept walk-ins...” I politely replied… that I could wait (5 more minutes). Nope ... At exactly 12noon they abruptly opened the door. Inside was a loud French radio broadcast. At the back there were some individuals (the staff) who had no clear designation. No one greeted us. We were not given permission to enter. Then a grumpy woman almost yelled at me to wear a shoe cover. [My shoes were already clean!] Well we wore them anyway. Some customers, few, came in and bought stuff immediately. The lady ... was cheerful to them. But not to us. [She is the same person who had earlier yelled at us] So we left. Without buying anything as a matter of principle. We walk past that area every Friday. And every time we walk past we always looked in with pleasure and joy! [Short: the rotten egg spoils everything. Keep her front desk!! I walked past again at 135pm Monday. No more ticket on the door. But from what I could tell the same Man was at the front desk. He just smiled at me. I still think that the woman is spoiled rotten!! Keep her! Why should I support someone who hates me?]
