This shop cheated me before. My experience is when my front deraiuller got problem, they charge me $25. Then next day when i go cycling i realised my front deraiuller cannot shift to the top. When i go to this shop again, his wife say her husband is not in, then i schedule another appointment with her husband. After that he did not follow, and after my chasing many times i gave up. Then after many months my friends introduced another bicycle shop and the bike mechanic told me i need to change the whole front deraiuller it will cost me 300++!!! My old front deraiuller and new front deraiuller side by side.. definitely cheated by tong ah bike shop. my new front deraiuller now and finally can drive smoothly.
