Our hamster went for a surgery to remove her big lump(March) we did not realise it was so big until they shaved off her fur. The surgery went well we picked her up the next day after her sutures were removed. There was no swelling and she looked comfortable and was chirping. She kept eating and grooming herself constantly after the surgery, which was a good sign. We were already prepared for bad news because we thought lumps are bad. But it was considered lucky as some lumps may be much longer resting in a bad location causing the animal discomfort or on the verge of bursting. Luckily they x-ray and removed a smooth-surfaced lump about 3 cm in diameter located near her kidney area via non-invasive surgery. We have to take care of her wound but it was a delight to see her eating, exploring the cage and running up the ramp to the 2nd level within hours after the surgery. We had to make sure that she does not go up to the higher level with her bandaged leg. Thank you, Dr Elaine and the team!

Brought my gerbil here for a swollen and bleeding nose due to allergy. Happy to report that my meimei has recovered fully. The staff and Vet were helpful and professional, thank you.
