James was very quiet and soft spoken, and doesn't complete sentences well. Seems like the below reviews are quite spot on. He appears to try to dodge and avoid customers as much as possible, and also tries to serve you with as little words as possible coming out from him. Would suggest to send James for training.

I visited the flagship store in San Francisco once and the customer service was extremely good even if I didn't buy anything from there.
