Worst hardware shop ever visited. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Totally no service. Don't even bother to entertain customers and think that customers owed them a living. Simply anyhow quote high price for customer's product probably to scare them away. Never never patronise this shop.

Singapore ranking Number 1 nasty merchant. Ask a question and prepare to get a slap on your face instead. Don’t bother visiting them even if you need anything urgent. They will only heighten your blood pressure. Waste time. No star should be awarded. See others’ comments.

I visited this hardware store and was met with rude staff and no willingness to help or assist. The prices were exorbitant and there was a general air of hostility in the store. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
