Came across this Teochew traditional bakery selling baked pastry with red bean and other fillings. Pleasantly surprised that they have this 四点金 Golden joy pastry with filings made from red bean, spicy pork floss and salted egg yolk, topped with sesame seeds. The pastry was flaky and crispy, and the fillings were delicious. It was a unique combination of flavors that worked well together. The bakery also had a nice selection of other pastries and cakes. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend trying their pastries.
