The appointment was scheduled from 3-5pm but the electrician arrived at 4:45pm. I was not happy with the delay and only children were around at that time. I clearly mentioned that I just wanted them to check the new light and fuse that I bought, and I agreed to pay $80 for it. However, they changed my light to LED without my consent and charged me $180. This is completely unprofessional and I would caution everyone to avoid this electrician.
The electrician was called to replace a light, but instead of just doing that, they started asking me to change other things as well. I was not satisfied with their service.
I was not happy with the service provided by this company. It is not a service company at all. If I had read the reviews before making enquiries, I would not have wasted my time with them. It seems like they have fake reviews to boost their rating.
The electrician arrived late for the appointment and I was not pleased with that. They also performed extra work without my consent and charged me more than agreed upon. This lack of professionalism is concerning and I advise others to be cautious when hiring this electrician.
