I wanted to share a very pleasant experience I had with the folks at Urban Bike. I ordered Tannus airless tyres but wasn’t really sure they could install them during the CB period. However Eileen was very helpful and arranged door-to-door installation. She coordinated the timing and the mechanic came by my place promptly as planned. No hassle at all. Good job Urban Bike!
