Terrible service. Too bad didn't see the reviews before buying. As mentioned by others, measurements were inaccurate, and sizes ran too big, wanted an exchange but 0 compassion and insisted no exchange and to instead pay for a new piece for the smaller size.

I used to be a loyal customer of TTR who camped for their online and offline launches until the way they dealt with a sizing issue over a $4 restocking fee really disappointed me. I was very upset when a slightly bigger size of an exchange dress I purchased during their launch sale an hour before I made this purchase (that i loved was already sold out despite listing a balance stock on their website) was only available after being told it was available and reserved for me the night before. (which could have been stated online initially and was only told when I sent in my enquiry email). Hence, after not receiving any response for my email, I accepted the fact that I had to pay for the restocking fee when I made a second enquiry. I even told the manager that I was the 69th person in line when i placed my order but apparently that didnt mean anything. How could someone who is unlucky be penalised when lucky ones have the privilege of picking there piece with zero consequences that is too when they perform in release sales? Is this a form of punishment?? its a valid point! Hope Take note and improve!

I had a positive experience at TTR. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store had a wide selection of trendy clothes. The prices were reasonable and I found some great pieces for my wardrobe. I would definitely recommend checking out this store if you're looking for stylish and affordable clothing.
