The facilities are excellent!! Cliff Villa is amazing for the functions for group sized up to 20 over.
The most inconsiderate residents. Look at how they threw their balloons and decorations from The Shore’s pool to the public walkway in broad daylight. The security guards are useless as well. Complained to them but they took their own sweet time to investigate. This took place on Saturday 1 Oct 2022 4pm.
Full facilities, fairly new and well maintained condo in the heart of Katong that is still within a friendly price point (compared to new launches and FH projects around the vicinity). Walking distance to i12 mall, parkway parade lots of cafes and eateries, ECP and future MRT stations.
