Dealt with The Q Shop to get a cue upgrade, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and enquiries, even continued answering me after working hours. Just received my brand new cue today in perfect condition, 11/10, would definitely deal with them again.

Not the place to go if you are like me, someone who doesn't leave shoes outside the shop. Pony-tail hair guy was so condescendingly helpful that I immediately reckoned I better put my shoes back on before they disappear.
