But after we brought the luggage back to the hotel and filled it, the lock was jammed and cannot be opened with the original key. We were frustrated and thought we wasted our money. However, when we brought it back to the store, the staff was very helpful and they managed to fix the lock for us. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave us a discount voucher for our next purchase. Overall, the staff at The Planet Traveller was very friendly and the level of service they provided was excellent. I would definitely shop here again.
