The white coloured dogs there have tear marks that are not cleaned. The staff in charge of the dog viewing gallery Ms Angela is very rude and not presentable even though she is knowledgeable. She has some form of Ah Lian persona. Never went there again ever since Ms Angela has been there.

All neighbourhood bird pet shops in Singapore should follow pet safari’s model for selling birds. No overcrowding, sufficient space for every bird in the cages, clean food and water, basically all-around 5-star treatment of the birds. Good job pet safari, if only all the other pet stores would follow..
