Was serviced by Alan, CPU was having problem (PC kept freezing). Alan was quick to troubleshoot and very professional. He gave an informative rundown of the issue and provide helpful information as well without pushing unnecessary products to make a sale. Overall, glad I chose this PC Repair Shop and will recommend to others.
