Booked a facial on Classpass but arrived 15 minutes late (totally my fault) but the aesthetician still managed to complete the full facial with a thorough extraction. I had expected some steps to be cut since I was late but everything was done proper. My skin was also instantly brighter after the facial. Exceeded my expectations!
