I have been a customer with The Joyous Vet for 5 years. Recently, I was late for my dog’s vaccination appointment by 10 mins and they said they had to consider me as a walk-in that will come with a $30 surcharge. I decided to walk-out and take my dog elsewhere and never return to the Joyous Vet again.
