Excellent service from Edwin Sim. He fixed the issues from my hearing aids and fine tuned them to my comfortable hearing volume level. Very knowledgeable and he explained very well with helpful information. He introduced a new app (Signia) which I found to be more user-friendly. Even my mum and my husband said he is very good too!
