Bought a brand new in sealed box item from them, went back home open up and found the screws are all rusty on the item. I feed back to them and I did not even ask for refund or exchange. They became very defensive and just say that it's a very old item, did not even apologise or empathise with the collector. Really bad service.
Everytime i sign in and go and purchase it tells me to login again but when i put my user and password it dosent work
