Counter assistant doesn't seem happy especially when you making some enquiries,, their attitude give you a feel, if cannot afford don't disturb even though she is very free. As a front line staff, make a bad impression of the clinic, wouldn't recommend this clinic, there are some good one elsewhere.

Dr James was extremely delightful to chat with! Had a scratched cornea and he first came to my aid late in the night at Mount Alvernia then followed up with me at The Eye Centre. Was very professional and friendly throughout. Would recommend!
