Started with TES once a week since Feb 2022. It’s been every rewarding personally and I highly recommend taking lessons here! Shirleen has been also very accommodating and attentive towards my changes in my schedule and her lessons had all been extremely effective.
Studio is clean, easy for car parking and a full sized mirror to watch your own alignment! Instructors are dedicated professionals, providing clear cues and conducts a good pace for classes (and yet break a sweat).
Enjoy every yoga lesson conducted by Instructors Shirleen & Kim. The Every Studio is clean & pleasant for workout and provide yoga mats, exercise blocks etc. which will be sanitised before and after use. ???????? …
