We ride on their promotion to get free transport service for his grooming session. My fur kid is not fearful at all as he usually goes to a groomer near us which we found it very noisy. The Cut Pet Grooming & Spa has a very nice ambiance and decor, it is spacious and well-maintained. The products and services they offer are of high quality. The wait time was minimal as we had made a reservation prior to our visit. The facilities and amenities provided were very convenient and clean. The customer service and staff were friendly and attentive, they listened to our requests and gave our fur kid a great grooming experience. The initial impression and atmosphere were welcoming and calming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at The Cut Pet Grooming & Spa and we feel that it offers great value for money.
