The receptionist are not very warm. They look like they are pissed all the time. But the doctor is very nice and warn. Dr Tan would go extra mile for his patient. I wouldn’t have come to this clinic if not because this is the only clinic in the area and the doctor is nice.
All the staff is polite, efficient, customer service oriented and helpful when assisting the patients. The waiting time was slightly longer, but I believe the staff were being meticulous about their work to avoid unnecessary mistakes from occurring. Overall, great experience!
