BEA Building is a new 15-storey prime office building, strategically located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. The development is easily accessible to Raffles Place MRT station, as well as banking, food and shopping amenities. It also enjoys close proximity to the New Downtown in Marina Bay.
Very slow, need to wait for more than 1 hour to open fixed deposit account. Existing customer has priority over new customer, very unfair. And the security is rude. Good service recovery by Ms Lim.
Reached 1.45pm, less than 5 customers in the bank, was told opening FD account closed at 1.30pm. ZERO STAR
