Great apartment with alot of cool families. Security is tight and the facilities include a meeting/event room which is comfortable. Parking available on the road only. Overall, a nice apartment!
Another one of these "micro-condos" with fewer than 100 units. Conveniently located in the heart of Katong and all that good food, but in exchange you'll have to put up with limited parking, small units and a bit of "cheek by jowl". Popular with young couples and small young families. As good a starter home as any!
