The food portion was small and the preparation was not interactive as the food was prepared from end of the table then transferred to the eater front. It was then wrapped in a small piece of aluminum paper which gave it a low-quality feel. Overall, a terrible experience.
The cashier I encountered during my visit lacked flexibility and customer service. We wanted to order a set meal with different meat options, but were not accommodated. Disappointing experience.
The food is mediocre, only suitable if you're craving teppanyaki or very hungry. Don't expect high-quality food. It's hard to tell if it's due to the freshness of ingredients or the chef's cooking skills, but some dishes were overcooked or undercooked.
