Convenient from Jurong east mrt. Highly encouraged to call and book for slots. Friendly staff. Get medium room for 2 pax. Karaoke system works okay. Sound system was okay. However, such a hassle and confusing to choose songs. Drinks and snacks available at cost. Overall experience was good.
Best to reserve a room 4 hrs or a day before u going to go. The room is suitable for friend gathering and enjoyment for singing in KTV. Always go for 3 hrs.
horrible experience. gave us a small room instead of a medium room when we have paid for a medium room and I have requested for medium room when I book one week before the day. There was also a delay when entering the karaoke room as there is a long queue.
