Appreciate the effort made by the team to establish close communications to make the whole delivery experience such a pleasant one.
Arrive at Northstar Office/Store. You need to call in using intercom then they ask for phone number. There’s no option to look at what they sell. Want to talk over the phone from inside. Won’t even come to the door…! And website a waste of pixels. I’m shocked at the low level of service. Flabbergasted. 11:30AM, Oct 18 2022
