Don't quite understand the poor reviews. Sent my car in for light ballast, lower control arms and engine filter work over two occasions. Always left satisfied. They also allow you to bring your own parts and moreover they don't mark up parts much too.

Sent my Mercedes in to check on rattling noise 3 times. They could not diagnose the source of the noise but recommended a change of timing belt instead. After changing the belt, the noise became worse.
