Went into the store with zero expectations and not knowing exactly what i was looking for. Ashley Peh came over and was extremely helpful. She asked me about my requirements and preferences and recommended several options for me to consider. She also let me try out different earbuds to see which one I liked the best. Her knowledge and expertise really impressed me and made the decision-making process much easier. In the end, I purchased a pair of earbuds that I'm very happy with. Went there during CNY eve as I badly needed an air duster to clean my computer. As Challenger and other tech shops were all closed for CNY, I resorted to entering this store to buy my can of expensive air. Judging by its name, I was expecting a small store with limited options. However, to my surprise, Tech House had a wide range of electronics accessories available. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I managed to find the air duster I needed. The only downside was the higher price compared to other stores, but since it was a last-minute purchase, I had no choice but to buy it. Overall, a good experience considering the circumstances.
