Good quality chewy boba pearls, and delicious milk tea that doesn’t give me caffeine jitters like K**. Very affordable prices and the owner is so friendly. Plus the menu also has popping balls which most major chain bbt shops do not have. The shop also sells beancurd and soyamilk in the mornings. Will try next time.
