We bought a bunch of toilet accessories from Tapz. When we received the items a month later, we found out that one of our bidets was of the wrong colour, and in fact the invoice had indicated the wrong colour too. I contacted Fennie about it, and we had to go through numerous email exchanges, and I had to send photos as proof. She agreed to exchange it for a new one as long as we returned the original one to her place of business ourselves. Mind you, we live 45 minutes away and getting transport to/fro is not cheap. She promised that she’d sent us the correct colour bidet, but that never happened. The new bidet that she sent to us was again of the wrong colour! I had given up at this point and no longer want to deal with her, so picked the the lesser of the 2 evils, and decided to keep the 2nd wrong coloured bidet instead. We just wanted to get the toilet reno over and done with. The colour is not to our liking, and although we informed her we don’t know we never got any replies. Absolutely rubbish customer service, and we paid top dollar!!!. We will definitely not be back, and will advise others to STAY AWAY!!!
