After looking at their website, I thought I'd give them a try. It was still ok at first as it was mainly to work out a draft for the shelf. Before making the payment, I did ask them if the end product turns out to be different from expected, what kind of solutions will be provided. They assured me they will make the necessary adjustments. However, when the final product arrived, it was not what I had envisioned and the quality was not up to par. I reached out to Tan Carpenters for a solution, but they were unresponsive. I was disappointed with their lack of professionalism and would not recommend their services.
