I was initially worried about the bad reviews but the visit was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and patient when I ask questions. I didn’t have to wait very long too. (but I had a doctor referral, no appointment).
Very rude staffs and refused to do the x-rays even though still within operating hours and there were no other customers. Prefer to sit behind the counter and chat with each other. …
This place honestly doesn’t deserve a single star at all. Spent 2 hours waiting for an x-ray that takes 5 minutes. The system is terrible and the staff are also rude, like what the rest of the reviews mention. Environment also not well maintained, there were dead spiders on the floor of the changing room.

The staff were professional and helpful. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a good experience.
